Returns, issues and warranty
At Highbreed Seeds we stay with you after your purchase. Here is what to do in each situation.
🔄 Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of seeds. Even so, if fewer than 7 days have passed since you received your order and the package is still intact, write to us: we look at it case by case and see what we can do.
📦 My order arrived damaged
If your package arrives broken, damaged or in poor condition, do something important: take a photo of the package at the moment of delivery. With that proof we take responsibility and file a claim with the courier.
⚠️ We need the photo in order to claim. Without it we cannot handle the incident with the carrier.
🚚 My order is delayed or hasn't arrived
It rarely happens, but if it does: with your tracking link you are informed at all times about your shipment's progress. And if the order is lost, we send you another one while we resolve the incident with the courier.
🌱 A seed hasn't germinated
