🌍 Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, we do it in one of three ways:
- European Union: we ship from Spain. As it is an intra-EU shipment, it arrives quickly and with no customs procedures.
- Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador and Mexico: we have domestic logistics and ship from within the country itself.
- Rest of the world: international shipping, always discreet.
⏱️ Delivery times
- Domestic: 1-3 days.
- International: 5-7 days.
Approximate times in working days, once the order has been dispatched.
📦 Discreet shipping and tracking
- Always discreet: the package does not reveal its contents from the outside.
- With tracking: we send you the tracking number so you can follow your order at all times.
💶 Shipping cost
The cost is calculated automatically and shown in the cart before payment, based on your destination. You see it before confirming, with no surprises.
💳 Payment methods
We adapt the payment methods to each region:
- Europe: bank transfer.
- Spain: Bizum.
- Worldwide: cryptocurrency.
- Latin America: local methods such as PIX (Brazil), Nequi (Colombia) and Mercado Pago, among others.
- Cash on delivery: available in some countries (with a small surcharge).
All payments are processed securely.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Just reply to your confirmation email or contact us, always before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, it can no longer be modified.
🛒 Is there a minimum order?
No. You can place your order with no minimum amount.
